The Tech Otter is a brand of Western Wake Technology Partners LLC, based in Cary, North Carolina ("The Tech Otter," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit thetechotter.com, contact us, or use our services, and how we use and protect it.

- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, town, and the details of your tech issue when you call, email, text, or use our contact form.
- Contact form: messages sent through our website form are delivered to our inbox by a form-processing service (Web3Forms), which handles them only to deliver them to us.
- Text message opt-in information: if you check the optional SMS box on our form or otherwise agree to receive texts, we keep a record of your mobile number, the date and time of your consent, and how you gave it.
- Information we see while helping you: during a service visit we may need to view device settings, accounts or files to fix a problem. We only access what is needed for the job you asked us to do, and we do not copy or keep your personal files.
- Basic website data: like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance. We do not use advertising cookies or sell website data.
